12U Baseball

Baseball Eligibility

The DYBSA defines baseball players’ eligibility based on their age as of 5/1/2024 and their current grade level in school.  The May 1st cut off is consistent with the Gopher State, Metro Baseball League and Crow River league requirements.  The DYBSA does not allow players to “play up” on A, AA, or AAA teams; allowing the maximum number of players per age to participate in these travel opportunities.  Specific eligibility is outlined per Level of Play below.  Please contact us at dybsainformation@gmail.com if you have any questions about your child's eligibility.
